Our experience with B&A Homes was a very good one. We met with Ben and Tori and reviewed our home plans and they responded with an e mail outlining any changes that we discussed that were outside of the plan itself. Our lot presented some challenges but Ben worked through them all consulting with us on everything. The rough-in crew made mistakes (wasn’t his normal crew because they were already committed to other jobs). Ben was sure to correct any errors. Ben would e mail us with any changes that we agreed on along the way with very good detail and the pricing was spot on. When we did have changes the pricing was fair. Ben responds to his e mails and texts in a timely manner. We fell behind on our due date because of an abnormal amount of rainy weather and also because of the trades being overwhelmed with the economy coming back the way it did. We would definitely recommend B&A Homes.
